Sync or import from Delicious Library 2

One of the reasons we started Shelfworthy was because we had a lot of love for Delicious Library, a catalog application for the Mac. However, we really wanted a social version that would not only keep track of the things that we own, but also let us see and interact with our friend’s libraries.

Today we’re adding the ability to import your items from Delicious Library on the Mac into Shelfworthy. If you want to get started right away, you can find this feature on our Social Connect page.

Delicious Library has the ability to publish your library to the internet. If you are able to use this feature, you can also enter the URL where your library is published into Shelfworthy and we’ll keep your Shelfworthy library up to date with the library on your Mac. This is very handy if you happen to use one of the excellent barcode scanner features that Delicious Library is known for. (For the unaware, Delicious Library has support for Bluetooth barcode scanners and also lets you scan items using your webcam.)
